<p>A wire rod including excellent strength includes 0.6-0.8 weight% of C, 1.2-2.0 weight% of Mn, 0.8-1.4 weight% of Si, remaining Fe, and the rest of inevitable impurities. A fine tissue includes pearlite and free ferrite. A manufacturing method of the wire rod includes a step of heating a slab including 0.6-0.8 weight% of C, 1.2-2.0 weight% of Mn, 0.8-1.4 weight% of Si, remaining Fe, and the rest of inevitable impurities at 1000-1100°C and manufacturing the same as the wire rod and a step of cooling the manufactured wire rod at a cooling speed of 8-13°C/a second.</p> |
