The present invention relates to a smart medical service matching method and a system thereof. According to the present invention, the smart medical service matching method which uses smart medical service matching system includes the following steps of: receiving and registering medical institution information which includes specialties and the location information of the medical institutions from certified medical experts through first terminals which are connected to the smart medical service matching system; receiving medical information which is requested by a user and location information of a second terminal through the second terminal which is connected to the smart medical service matching system; and transmitting the requested medical information to a first terminal which corresponds to a medical institution which is closest to the second terminal among the medical institutions corresponding to a specialty in the requested medical information. The method for matching a smart medical service and the system thereof are able to conveniently provide a desired medical service for a user by mutually matching the user and medical expert based on the location information and, also be able to efficiently induce not only the promotion of a medical institution, but also visit to the medical institution which is appropriate for the patient by combining the advertisement of the medical institution and medical consultation.
