SLIDING DEVICE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING AND SMALL SIZED PORTABLE APPARATUS USING THE SLIDING DEVICE

Provided are a sliding type opening and closing apparatus having semi motor's functions with a simple structure, a narrow width, and fewer components; and a small sized portable device using the same. The sliding type opening and closing apparatus comprises: a base member fit up in a first member side; a sliding member engaged to be slid in the straight direction to the base member fit up in a second member side; elastic means swiveling and displacing due to the sliding position by the sliding member installed between the sliding member and base member; a first guide hole installed on the side of the base member for guiding guide pins fit up in the sliding member; and a second guide hole installed on the side of the sliding member for guiding move pins of the elastic means which are fit up in the base member. The sliding type opening and closing apparatus is used for the small sized portable device.
