The present invention relates to a wireless charge and external output system for a mobile terminal and a method thereof. In particular, the wireless charge and external output system for a mobile terminal and the method thereof are able to display various advertisements and promotions of a mobile carrier on the terminal which is being charged while charging the mobile terminal wirelessly. The wireless charge and external output system for a mobile terminal, given in the present invention, includes a charge transmitter which includes a transmitting coil connected to an external power supply; a mobile terminal which includes a receiving coil magnetically coupled with the transmitting coil to generate an induced current for charging a battery; an electronic tag which is installed in the charge transmitter; a tag recognition unit which is installed in the mobile terminal and recognizes the electronic tag; an output application program which is installed in the mobile terminal; and a control unit which controls the output application program. The control unit runs the output application program when the tag recognition unit recognized the electronic tag.
