<p>The method of heat transmission to the heat-exchange surfaces in technological processes is based on the fact that by condensation of saturated vapour of liquid with high boiling point of 180 ø C to 380 ø C at 0.0001 MPa to 0.1 MPa occurs intensive the heat transmission to the heat-exchange surfaces of the heat exchanger. The not liquefied excess vapours of liquid with a high boiling point condense in a reverse condenser. The device for carrying out the process consists of a vacuum exchanger (1) with the heat-exchange surfaces (2) and a source (4) of saturated vapour of liquid with high boiling point connected to the heat exchanger (1) by a vaporise branch and a condensation branch (7, 5). Between the vacuum heat exchanger (1) and an input (3) to connecting of a vacuum pump is integrated the reverse condenser (6) of vapours of liquid with high boiling point.</p> |
