A motor housing strengthened structure of an HSG motor according to the present invention includes an inner container inside a motor housing and embeds a rotor and stator within the inner container and seals a space between the motor housing and the inner container by a motor cover combined with the motor housing. The HSG motor circulates cooling water around the inner container. The inner container of the motor housing is formed into the shape which has multiple protrusion lines on the outer side. The multiple protrusion lines are formed into a consecutive shape to top and bottom directions of the inner container of the motor housing and are separately formed at regular intervals. According to the present invention, the structure strength of the motor housing is improved because of the characteristic in which the protrusion line is formed on the outer side of the inner container of the motor housing. The motor housing strengthened structure improves a cooling function and strengths operation stability of the HSG motor and extends service life. |
