PURPOSE: A low power antenna system and a base station tranceiving system including the same are provided to prevent a power waste which is caused by a waiting power. CONSTITUTION: A phase shifter(202) performs a tilting about an antenna(200). A modem(204) receives a control signal from a control center of a remote location. A motor(206) drives the phase shifter. A signal distributing unit(205) distributes the signal which is provided from the control center. An electromagnetic wave-power converting unit(210) provides a DC power to the modem and directly converts an electromagnetic wave into the DC power. A switch(212) switches an electrical path by being equipped between a distribution unit or the motor. The control center(300) provides a RF signal to an antenna system(302) through a RF cable(250). The antenna of the antenna system radiates the provided RF signal.
