MASS PROPAGATION METHOD OF OIL PALM CLONES

The present invention relates to a mass production method of oil palm clones by inducing the somatic embryo mass (SEM) using portions around a growing point including the phyllogen of an oil palm tree body which is tissue cultured in the aseptic environment, more specifically the mass production method of oil palm clones which comprises the following: culturing a tissue around the growing point of an oil palm tree in a medium with nutrients and in the aseptic environment, and directly inducing SEM from the tissue; culturing the induced SEM in another medium with the nutrients for inducing and growing negation stems; and growing the oil palm clones from the negation stems.
