The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing noodles coated with starch, wherein noodles are packed through a drying step, a post-treatment step, and drying and cutting steps. The manufacturing method according to the present invention can enhance digestibility by increasing dietary fibers. Noodles coated with starch can help diet, constipation, and intestinal activity due to low GI index. |
