The present invention relates to a touch screen panel of a window panel-integrated capacitive method and a manufacturing method. The touch screen panel of the window panel-integrated capacitive method comprises a circuit board using tempered glass; a decoration layer formed at an edge of the circuit board; a leveling layer formed with a multilayer structure at one surface of the circuit board in order to remove a stepped gap between the circuit board and the decoration layer; and a transparent electrode layer formed on the leveling layer. |
