A semiconductor device according to the present invention improves signal integrity by improving the timing margin of a signal line by controlling a load difference between a common line and an individual line among signal lines which connect a plurality of semiconductor chips to an external interface with the wiring length (routing) and width of the signal line. Also, the increase of manufacturing costs due to only the length change is prevented by simultaneously changing the width and the length.
