The present invention relates to a method for preparing beet tea through a roasting step, a mixing step, and a drying step, and more specifically, to a method for preparing tea which improves color, sugar content, and flavor while maintaining a red ruby color. The present invention includes steps of filtering powder using a sieve, sorting clean beet, and putting the sorted beet into an airtight container. |
