摘要 PURPOSE: A Corynebacterium glutamicum mutant strain is provided to supply enough L-threonine without the suppression of L-isoleucine feedback, thereby producing L-isoleucine with high efficiency and high yield. CONSTITUTION: A Corynebacterium glutamicum mutant strain (KCCM11248P) produces L-isoleucine. The mutant strain has resistance to L-isoleucine, L-threonine, and derivatives thereof. The L-isoleucine derivative is 4-thiaisoleucine (thiaile) or isoleucine-hydroxamate (ileHx). The L-threonine derivative is alpha-amino-beta-hydroxynorvaline (AHV). A method for producing L-isoleucine comprises the steps of: culturing the mutant strain (KCCM11248P); and collecting L-isoleucine from a culture of the mutant strain.
