PURPOSE: A fuel cell apparatus for a vessel is provided to obtain excellent performance of a fuel cell stack by separating air with removed salts and moisture, from air with high humidity and high salty. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell apparatus includes a fuel accommodating part (100) for supplying fuel and water; a heat exchanger (200) forming fuel mixture by heating water and fuel to a cathode; an air treatment part (400) forming salt-free air by removing salt from air of sea, and forming dehumidified air by removing moisture of the air; and a fuel cell stack (300) which generates electricity by using the fuel mixture, and discharging the fuel cell anode exhaust gas and fuel cell anode exhaust gas.
