The present invention relates to a soil exchange type multistage cultivation system for a perennial plant which is provided to prevent the decline of the fertility of the soil while cultivating the perennial plant under the structure but a bare ground. The present invention comprises: more than one first drain hole which penetrates a bottom and has a rectangular parallelepiped shape which has opened upper side; a cultivating port which has multiple first nutrient solution moving hole which penetrates the side; more than one second drain hole which penetrates a bottom and has a rectangular parallelepiped shape which has opened upper side; multiple second nutrient solution moving hole which penetrates the side; a cultivating port mounting partition which is vertically installed by inserting the cultivating port in the middle from the upper side, a third nutrient solution moving hole which is formed to penetrate the cultivating port mounting partition. The soil exchanging type multistage cultivation system is provided to exchange the soil of the cultivating port periodically while planting a perennial plant in the cultivating port.
