The present invention relates to kimchi which is fermented food and, more specially to a half-finished kimchi set to easily make the kimchi according to the preference (taste, appetite) of the customer and prevent the riskiness of being spoiled during distribution using elvan. The half-finished kimchi set of the present invention comprises a salted Chinese cabbage which is salted with the elvan in the salted water during the soaking process of Chinese cabbage; an elvan salted Chinese cabbage pack which is wrapped with elvan; seasoning which includes shredded radish, dried red pepper powder, a scallion, a garlic, a ginger and a salted fish. The seasoning is individually wrapped with each pack of each ingredient, or wrapped as one pack by mixing the ingredients, and the elvan salted Chinese cabbage pack and the seasoning are provided with contained together in a packaging box.
