The present invention relates to a double clutch transmission control method by a sub motor and, especially to a double clutch transmission control method by a sub motor which includes a main motor speed measuring step which measures the speed of a main motor; a sub motor speed measuring step which measures the new speed of a sub motor according to the speed of the main motor; and a control step which measures a speed command vale of the sub motor by using the previous speed of the sub motor and the new speed of the sub motor and shifts gears by controlling the sub motor according to the speed command value. The sub motor is stopped or rotated in one direction so that the sub motor can be rotated at a stable speed even though the sub motor is not within a stable control range.
