摘要 The present invention relates to a photon attenuation map generation method and an MRI fusion imaging system, the photon attenuation map generation method comprising: generating a first sector based photon attenuation map and a first photon attenuation map with respect to each of a plurality of CT images; computing bias by pixel between the first sector based photon attenuation map and the first photon attenuation map with respect to each CT image; generating a sector based photon attenuation average bias map by computing the average of the bias by pixel according to each pixel with respect to each CT image; generating a second sector based photon attenuation map using an MR image of a patient; correcting an attenuation coefficient of each pixel of the second sector based photon attenuation map using the sector based photon attenuation average bias map; and generating a second photon attenuation map using the corrected attenuation coefficient of each pixel.
