The present invention relates to a high rack structure comprising: multiple deck boards (110) on which luggage is loaded; multiple vertical beams (120) for being combined to the upper and lower parts of the deck boards in vertical and parallel directions; multiple diagonal beams (125) to be coupled to the vertical beams (120) in a diagonal direction; multiple storage shelves (130) arranged on the bottom surface of the lowermost deck board among multiple deck boards (110) to be vertically separated from each other; a storage box (150) to be applied to each of the storage shelves; a movable plate (140) to be connected to be rotated through a hinge (a hinge rotating unit and a hinge connecting unit) and the upper part of the storage shelves (130) and mounting the storage box (150) in the upper surface thereof; a rail (145) for receiving multiple rotating members (141) in the movable plate (140); and a knob (143) protruding from the front end part thereof; wherein the knob (143) is pushed downward to incline the movable plate (140) frontward and downward, and the storage box (150) loaded on the top surface of the movable plate (140) is slid and withdrawn by the rotation of the rotating members (141) formed on the movable plate (140).
