摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a detection of target nucleic acid sequence by a PTO cleavage and extension-dependent cleavage (PCEC) assay. The present invention forms a cleavage location which is being cut by a nucleic acid cleavage enzyme on an extension dimer produced by the presence of the target nucleic acid sequence. The present invention detects the cleavage of the extension dimer, and determines the existence of the target nucleic acid sequence.
