A semiconductor device includes a first option pad which determines whether to operate each semiconductor chip with an X32 structure or an X16 structure and a second option pad which determines whether to use bytes of a first group or a second group among the bytes of the first group and the second group when each semiconductor chip operates with the X16 structure.
