The present invention is capable of obtaining excellent binding force in comparison with caulking of which the height is the same by forming beads at a cutting unit of a planar part and improving the binding force between plates by friction and connection of the beads. A gasket including the plates comprises: a caulking unit protruding from both ends of a cutting line between a pair of cutting lines cut at the planar part of each plate in parallel; and a half bead dented from both ends of each cutting line.
