A system and a method for assigning a terminal to a server are disclosed. An embodiment of the present invention relates to a server assigning and messaging system comprising a plurality of connection servers for forming one server group and a directory server for forming a logic server group in which the connection servers are arranged with a ring shape along with a hash value by forming one or more hash values in each server using identification information in each server.
