PURPOSE: A messenger service-interlinked broadcasting service system and a method thereof are provided to have a conversation while watching broadcasting content by using a messenger for remotely having a conversation with other people at anytime and anywhere. CONSTITUTION: A site provides a messenger conversation between a user and a partner. A broadcasting service system (100) streams broadcasting content selected by the user to a terminal of the user and a terminal of the partner. The site provides broadcasting content information for watching the content together to the terminal of the partner. The broadcasting content is played on messenger conversation screens of the terminals of the user and the partner.
