摘要 PURPOSE: A production method of a fermented product is provided to economically mass produce the fermented product for useful components of Curcumae longa to be easily absorbed to the human body. CONSTITUTION: Curcumae longa is cut into 1-3 mm, and rice straws are washed and dried. The Curcumae longa is layered inside the rice straws to obtain a medium. A first bio-reaction is conducted with the medium to obtain a Curcumae longa fermented product. The Curcumae longa fermented product is sterilized by using an autoclave, and crushed. The Curcumae longa fermented powder is mixed with mushroom strains, and a second bio-reaction is conducted with the mixture to obtain a Curcumae longa fermented product. The Curcumae longa fermented product is sterilized by using the autoclave. The fermented product is concentrated into 25-60 Brix. The concentrate is dried into the water content of 5-7% using a spray drier.
