The invention relates to the biomass processing equipment, and can be used in the woodworking industry.The biomass briquetting press comprises a carcass (1), in which is mounted a shaft (2), on which is fixed an eccentric (3), connected to a guide piston (9) by means of a connecting rod (5). In the upper and lower heads of the connecting rod (5) is made a lubricant channel (7, 13), each equipped with a lubrication system. To the piston (9) is connected a pressing piston (21), placed into a biomass sealing sleeve, fixed on the front wall (23) of the carcass (1). In the sealing sleeve are installed two detachable sleeves, at the same time the inner surface of that, which is at the outlet, is made conical. To the sealing sleeve is fixed a cooler (37) with a detachable sleeve (38), whose inner surface is made conical, and a conical briquet molding matrix (41). In the upper part of the sealing sleeve are installed a vertical screw feeder (30), the lower part of which is made conical with the toothed inner surface, a dispenser (33) and a biomass feed hopper (36). |
