<p>The invention relates to a gradual door stop meant to fit out access doors, in general, and car doors, in particular. According to the invention, the door stop comprises an indexing rod (1) provided at one end with a hole (a) for mounting a rivet (3), and at the other end with a buffer head (t) in the shape of a T in the horizontal plane, the rod being provided on two opposite faces with a channel (c) wherein there are provided a mounting positioning recess (b), some indexing recesses (d, d...d), a substantially-parallelepipedal slide (2) provided with an opening (f), some slots (f) which are symmetrically placed towards the edges, a longitudinal cylindrical channel which is normal to the axis of the opening (f), where the slide (2) has incorporated two screw heads (10 a and 10b) which are symmetrically positioned for being fixed onto the door, two indexing balls (4a and 4b), two springs (6a and 6b) of progressive rigidity, two caps (8a and 8b) provided with some milled parts (8f' and 8f''), two U-shaped safety locks (7a and 7b) and a fastening body (9) provided with an ovalized hole (o), for screw fastening on the pillar, the indexing rod (1) being made symmetrically, in gradual stages, towards the buffer head (t), on two of the opposite sides, determining the surfaces (s, sand s) which contain the common channel (c) and wherein there are cut the sphere- or cone-shaped indexing recesses (b and d, dand d).</p> |
