<p>The invention relates to a system for the distribution of heating costs and for the control of temperature. According to the invention, the system comprises a first T-shaped joining member (7) mounted on the main return pipe (4) of a heating system comprising a computer (9) of the single-chip type with backup accumulator which has connected to its outlet port an electromechanical valve (8), where the computer (9) is electrically connected to an external communication line (6) connected, in its turn, to a central unit (UC), and is provided with some internal or external flow rate and temperature sensors, the said first joining member (7) being connected to a second T-shaped joining member (7) without internal computer, mounted on the main supply pipe (3) of the heating system and to a sensor (5') measuring the ambient temperature, so that, using the temperature measurements as well as the heat carrier flow rate in both the supply pipe branch (3') and the return pipe branch (4') of a heating element (1), the central unit (UC) calculates the heat delivered by means thereof, while, using the temperature and flow rate measurements performed in the main supply pipe (3) and the main return pipe (4), the central unit (UC) calculates the heat delivered by means of the main elements, and, using the ambient temperature measurements, the central unit (UC) can calculate the heat exchanged through the partition walls between two adjacent rooms and command the temperature control.</p> |
