<p>The invention relates to light resilient partitioning walls and to a process for making the same. According to the invention, the walls consist of some pillars which make their structure and that are made of some rubber parts (4) having a certain resilience and some profiles (6) made of cold rolled sheet metal, some boards (1) of densified plaster reinforced with glass fibers (2) by means of some self-drilling screws (5) which are mounted on one of the faces of the wall to increase the acoustic attenuation capacity, a sound absorbing layer (3), some perimeter elements (8) of the partitioning wall, by the way of assembling the system there being obtained the dissociating of the boards (1) on the two faces (7) of the partitioning wall, substantially attenuating the transmission of aerial noise. The claimed process for making partitioning walls consists in making the mould for injecting the rubber part, mapping out in the plane the wall to be mounted, securing the partitioning wall perimeter elements, assembling and securing the pillars made of rubber parts and cold rolled sheet metal, mounting on one of the wall faces the densified plaster boards reinforced with glass fibres by means of the self-drilling screws, mounting the sound absorbing layer, mounting the closing boards made of densified plaster reinforced with glass fibres and caulking and finishing the joints between the boards and applying silicone to the outline of the partitioning wall, on both faces, to achieve a resilient connection, the newly created wall system being used in partitioning dwellings, conference halls, cinema halls and working spaces in hangars.</p> |
