The present invention relates to a spacer for double glazing of which insulation and waterproofing performance are excellent. The spacer includes a pipe-shaped frame; a first space unit which is arranged inside the frame and filled with a moisture absorbent; a cover covering at least one side of the frame; and a second space unit formed between the frame and the cover. First and second connectors are formed on the frame so that the first and second space units are connected to the inside of the double glazing. The first connector connects the first space unit and the inside of the double glazing, and the second connector connects the second space unit and the inside of the double glazing. The structure of the spacer for the double glazing is a double structure including the first and second space units so that the emission of indoor thermal energy to the outside is minimized. When the fame is manufactured of a synthetic resin and the cover is manufactured of metal, the emission of the thermal energy via the spacer is minimized, and the space obtains predetermined rigidity. |
