<p>The invention relates to a high precision sprinkling machine intended to perform phytosanitary treatments in any type of fruit farms, classic intensive and super intensive fruit gardens, on sloped ground accessible to tractors on wheels combined with the hauled machines, by highly precisely applying the substances as extracts, infusions or teas, decoctions, mashes, emulsions and suspensions for the control of pathogenic agents and pests. According to the invention, the machine comprises a chassis (1) made of drawn sheet metal, a pole (2), two wheels (3) for transport purpose which are mounted on an axle (4) which allows the adjustment of both the track and the lights, a wheel (5) for support purpose, intended to be used in coupling and uncoupling the machine to and from the tractor, a fan (6), an air deflector (7), a tank (8) for the solution, which is made of a polstif-type glass fibre-reinforced polyester and is provided with a level indicator (9) and a cover (10), a filtering sieve (11) at the top and a T-shaped connection (12) at the bottom, as well as an ejector (13) and a stainless steel pipe (14) provided with holes throughout its length at the inside, a tank (15) for clean water provided with a level indicator (16) and a connection (17), and a tap (18) intended for hand washing after work, a filter (19), a discharge valve (20), a three-way valve (21), a positive displacement pump (22) with three membranes provided with a passage shaft, a two-way distributor (23), a pressure regulator (24), a pressure gauge (25), two passage valves (26), a flow meter (27), six electrically-operating valves (28), six sprinkling ramps (29) with spraying bodies (30), a cardan drive (31), an automatic system (32) for tree crown detection and sprinkling control, connecting elements such as hoses (33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) and electric cables (40).</p> |
