CONSTITUTION: A web server (100) receives a finance dangerous management service usage request from tenants through a web. A SaaS container server (200) executes a requested service by receiving a finance dangerous management service and transmits the SaaS to the tenant. A SaaS DB (300) transmits the code of SaaS.
