PURPOSE: A syringe is provided to reduce a production cost by using equipment which is same with a normal syringe when assembling and transferring. CONSTITUTION: A syringe includes a cylinder; a piston which is inserted into the rear end of the cylinder; a first gasket which is inserted into the inside of the cylinder, divides the internal part of the cylinder into a front side compartment and a rear side compartment, moves forward by the increasing internal pressure of the cylinder when the piston moves forward; and multiple protrusions which form a fluid path which is connected to the front side compartment and the rear side compartment with the first gasket which moves forward by being linearly arranged in a forward and backward direction along the inner periphery of the cylinder. |
