The device has a lengthened cam (12) whose one end is articulated with a cover that is mounted on a case (1) or a door of a vehicle. The cam passes between elements such as two movable rollers (9, 11) or shoes wipers carried by the case mounted conversely on the door or the case of the vehicle. An L-shaped lever (19) is pivotably mounted on the case and located on another lever (3). A push-button is attached with an end (21) of the former lever such that thrust (F) is exerted on the push-button causing movement of the rollers away from the cam.
