The disk (1) has a set of decorative elements (5a, 5b, 6) that is made in one-piece. The set of decorative elements is obtained by a metal projection on a substrate according to lithography, galvanic deformation, and molding techniques. A metal layer is arranged at two levels of the metal projection. One of the levels is arranged with a basic disk (2), and another level is arranged with the set of decorative elements. The set of decorative elements is provided on a face of the basic disk.
