PURPOSE: An unmanned plant management system is provided to manage plants planted underground or other places which are hard to manage without using man power. CONSTITUTION: A battery (20) is charged by electric energy supplied from a power source. An LED lamp (40) is connected to the battery for supplying light energy to plants. A pump (50) is operated by the energy of the battery, and supplies water to the plants. A control unit (10) controls the LED lamp and the pump. The power source is obtained from a solar cell receiving light energy from sunlight and converts into electric energy. A pressure switch (90) is for users to input setting values for controlling the LED lamp. The wavelength of the LED lamp is 400-600μm.
