PURPOSE: A freezing prevention device and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent a road from being frozen at ordinary times and to be environmentally friendly without consuming energy. CONSTITUTION: A freezing prevention device(30) comprises a heat absorbing part(31), a heating part(32), a supporting member, and a circulating member(33). The heat absorbing part is arranged in the lower part of a river(20) for absorbing the heat of running water. The heating system is arranged on a road base layer in zigzag. Freezing prevention water flows in the heating part to prevent a road surface from being frozen. The circulating member circulates the freezing prevention water to flow between the heating and heat absorbing parts. |
