PURPOSE: A dough sticking prevention apparatus of a mold for producing a cone shaped snack is provided to use a nickel silver plate for preventing the sticking of the snack to the mold. CONSTITUTION: A dough sticking prevention apparatus includes a nickel silver plate(6) attached to molding units(5, 5`) of a mold(1) for producing a cone shaped snack. The nickel silver plate is an alloy obtained by adding 15-30% of zinc and 10-20% of nickel to copper, and has silver-white color. The mold includes an upper mold produced with brass. |
