The present invention relates to an enteric coating agent using vegetable hydrogenated oil, and more particularly, to an enteric coating agent for animals and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the medicine comprising vegetable hydrogenated oil, a digestant for animals, an enzyme agent and the like is bypassed without being digested in the stomach, and thereby taking effect in the intestine and being protected from oxidation and deterioration caused by external temperatures, humidity, air and the like. The present invention is characterized in additionally comprising vegetable hydrogenated oil, a digestant for animals, an enzyme agent, a yeast agent, a vitamin, a mineral, an immunostimulating agent, an antibiotic, a growth accelerator, an organic acid, vegetable extract, methionine, lysine and DHA. The method for manufacturing the invention is characterized in comprising: a first step which prepares 5-50 wt% of at least one mixutre from a digestant for animals, an enzyme agent, a yeast agent, a vitamin, a mineral, an immunostimulating agent, an antibiotic, a growth accelerator, an organic acid, vegetable extract, methionine, lysine and DHA; a second step which melts at lest one vegetable hydrogenated oil among hydrogenated palm oil, hydrogenated seed-gathering oil, hydrogenated canola oil and hydrogenated olive oil at 55-70; and a third step which laminates 5-50 wt% of the melted hydrogenated oil in the mixture of the first step at a temperature of 30-65 and at nozzle pressure of 2-3 bar using a fluid bed processor, and then dries the same. |
