摘要 Disclosed are a mold transformer diagnosis system using severity assessment and a method thereof, which are used to correctly diagnose a state of a mold transformer by checking a risk of the mold transformer through severity assessment on a state risk. The mold transformer diagnosis system using severity assessment comprises: a vibrometer to measure vibrations of the mold transformer through non-contact measurement; a fast Fourier transformation unit to transform the vibrations measured by the vibrometer into frequencies; an input unit to receive basic information of the mold transformer; a severity assessment unit to produce severity by analyzing the vibration frequencies transformed by the fast Fourier transformation unit, based on the basic information of the mold transformer received by the input unit; a state determination unit to determine a state of the mold transformer by comparing the severity produced by the severity assessment unit with a reference determination value for state determination, and to control a state display and a solution display; and a display unit to display the state display according to a control of the state determination unit and a solution corresponding to a relevant state.
