Disclosed is a bioactive cell homogenate produced from cells belonging to the MIC-1 stem cell line derived from growing deer antlers (Cervidae) deposited at the DSMZ under the accession DSM ACC2854, a method of producing and using it. The present invention also encompasses a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition containing the above-mentioned homogenate.
