<p>The present invention relates to a method for generating a tool path which can be applied to a machine tool or the like using a computer numerical control (CNC) technique, and the method for generating a tool path, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a processing area analysis step for deriving distance data between processing points by determining a distance between the respective processing points within a processing range; and a processing order resetting step for resetting a processing order of the processing points on the basis of the comparison of reference data and the distance data between the processing points derived through the processing area analysis step. According to the present invention, directional properties between a tool and a base material are removed by resetting the processing order such that precise processing which is close to a design intent of a user is performed, thereby improving the quality of a product, and defects between the tool and the base material are prevented by reducing the stress and the bending of the tool through the removal of the directional properties between the tool and the base material whereby thrust is reduced during processing, and thus, the tool can have a longer useful life since the tool is less worn out.</p> |
