The present invention relates to a method and a device thereof for eliminating a HIFU interference signal. The method and the device thereof transmit an image ultrasound signal while transmitting at least two HIFU signals wherein the HIFU signals have phase differences. The method and the device thereof receives the ultrasound signal including the reflected HIFU signal and the image ultrasound signal before adding the received ultrasound signal for eliminating the basic frequency element and harmonic frequency element of the HIFU signal included in the received ultrasound signal when the at least two HIFU signals and image ultrasound signal are reflected from an object. The method and the device thereof can secure a monitor image by eliminating HIFU interference regardless of the length of HIFU through using a pulse reversing method.
