The present invention relates to a device interlink type medium playback device. The device interlink type medium playback device according to the present invention accesses a data communication network, receives sound source data from a server of a sound source providing company over the web, plays the received sound source data, is connected to an external medium device for playing a medium file and transmits the sound source data to the external medium device. The device interlink type medium playback device generates key signals for setting a sound source data download or streaming path, setting a sound source data playback method and editing a sound source playback list via a portable terminal, and is interlinked to other device for enabling a user to check the information on the screen of the portable terminal. Thereby, the device interlink type medium playback device enables the user to access the internet and to download the sound source data, generates the key signals for setting the sound source data download or streaming path, setting the playback method and editing the sound source playback list on a smartphone or a tablet PC via a local area network and enables the user to check the information on the screen. So, the device interlink type medium playback device enhances convenience in the sound source playback, enables the user to search for a sound source or to edit the playback list regardless of obstacle while the user freely moves in a specific space with the portable terminal carried, and eliminates limitations of a call connection function or a short message data transceiving function via the portable terminal which generates the key signals.
