An intelligent monitoring system using acoustic sense is disclosed. The intelligent monitoring system using the acoustic sense comprises; a receiving module for receiving an input sound which is sensed by one or more monitoring devices; a detection module which stores information for a target sound which is produced when a target event is generated and detects whether the target sound exists or not among input sounds received from one or more detecting devices; a space determination module which specifies one or more sensing monitoring devices which sense the target sound among one or more monitoring devices and determines a target event generation direction for one or more sensing monitoring devices based on a direction of each microphone array of one or more sensing monitoring devices and determines an event generation space of the target event based on a determined result; a control module which corresponds to the event generation space which is determined by the space determination module and differently controls an output lamp of a lamp selection monitoring device which is selected among the monitoring devices with the other monitoring device.
