PURPOSE: A soil hardener composition is provided to cover a road without cement, have excellent adhesion with soil particles, strength, and crosslinking performance, and reduce the construction time. CONSTITUTION: A soil hardener composition comprises an ethyl acrylate which is composed of 40-50 wt% of an ethyl vinylacetate, 15-20 wt% of an isobutyl acrylate, 10-15 wt% of a 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 10-15 wt% of an octyl acrylate, and 5-10 wt% of an ethyl acrylate; and a sodium lauryl sulfate which is composed of 6-10 wt% of an acrylic acid, 0.6-1.2 wt% of a silicon-based foaming agent, 2-4 wt% of a freezing stabilizer glycerin and 0.4-0.8 wt% of an emulsifier.
