PURPOSE: A unique identifier-based authentication control system and a method thereof are provided to cope with hacking threat actively, as improving security of a second authentication system. CONSTITUTION: An information collection unit(300) collects a unique identifier a first-certified computer apparatus and unique identifier information of a second authentication trial computer apparatus. A control processing unit(350) copes with security threat according to a security threat level determined on the basis of the unique identifier of the first-certified computer apparatus and the unique identifier of the second authentication trial computer apparatus collected in the information collection unit. A log collection unit(360) collects information collected in the information collection unit and operations performed in the control processing unit as log. A threat propagation unit(340) transmits a security threat warning message to a second authentication system and a mobile communication terminal corresponding to login information, according to a corresponding action according to the security threat level of the control processing unit.
