PURPOSE: A surface plasmon resonance sensor chip with a graphene layer and a bio sensor with the same are provided to user silver as a metallic thin film, thereby obtaining excellent sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A surface plasmon resonance sensor chip(120) comprises a silver thin film(121) and a graphene layer(122). The thin film is arranged on a top surface of a prism(110) so that a surface Plasmon resonance is generated by lights irradiated through the prism. The graphene layer is formed on a top surface of the silver thin film in order to prevent the silver thin film contacting to oxygen molecule in the air. |
