The device has a fixing unit dismountably fixed on a rectilinear fixing element (5a). Two legs (8, 9) are connected with each other by a permanent articulation (12). The fixing unit is carried by each leg that includes C-shaped single hooks (20). The hooks are placed at sides of a crotch plane containing a clevis pin such that a spacing of the hooks is equal to an external section of the rectilinear fixing element and inner diameter of an opening of each hook. The hooks are functionally arranged with supports.
