The present invention relates to a first-aid training simulation device for enabling emergency medical technicians or ordinary people to actively correspond in real situations which require emergency measures by training the emergency medical technician or ordinary people to give various types of emergency measures in virtual situations and feeding the results back. The first-aid training simulation device of the present invention comprises a monitor which performs status of a virtual patient on a virtual reality image which can be expressed in 2D or 3D according to the selection of a user and displays individual training menu in order to facilitate first-aid training according to each incident situation of the virtual patient by recognizing screen touch by the user; a joystick for front, back, left and right direction for controlling the emergency medical technicians who perform emergency measures on the virtual patient on the monitor; a trackball mouse which changes view point of the emergency medical technicians in the virtual reality who perform emergency measures on the virtual patient on the monitor; a touch screen in which first-aid equipment needed for first-aid training on virtual patients or a device for monitoring status change of the virtual patient is displayed; speakers which produce sound effects according to situations in the virtual reality; and a computer main body which loads programs for simulating first-aid training in the virtual reality situation and runs a program or a device for recognizing input signals for first-aid training and performs output corresponing to the relevant input.
